What services do you provide?
We provide it all! We come to you for your prenatal care, labor and birth, and postpartum care. We do use outside lab services, and ultrasound providers, depending upon need. We offer free consultation in-person, or by Zoom, which provides greater detail on what we provide.
Who can be at my birth?
You are more than welcome to have whoever supports you at your labor. We do discuss relationship dynamics as these can have both a negative or positive impact, depending on your history.
What if I have to transport to the hospital?
If something urgent arises, or there is a need for pain medication, the Midwife will accompany you and support you until the birth of your baby, if she is able.

How much do you charge?
We are happy to meet with you and discuss costs in person. Midwives in Southern California range from $5,000 to $8,000 and it varies, by midwife, on what is included. Our fee falls with that range and we include everything like your labs, waterbirth supplies and your birth kit. We do all the visits in your home, and around your schedule so that both partners can attend, including later evening and weekend appointments. Although we don't take insurance we do help by providing an itemized Superbill and you have the option of going through Tara, who is a biller for midwives and homebirth clients Tara@midwiferysolutions.com. You an contact her to see what your insurance will cover for homebirth services.
Where did you go to school?
I attended the National College of Midwifery, where I am also a Preceptor.
